Since 2009 we started implementing the techniques and processes of "Lean Construction", with great emphasis on the planning of work sites through a systematic approach to maximize value and reduce waste at the project delivery level.
"Lean Construction" is a management philosophy based mostly in the Toyota Production System, in which the constructor must apply de "Jidoka" and "Just in Time" concepts using tool as the "Last planner system", "5s", "Kanban" or others, that we will explain in future posts.
